DEVO x Ki Smith Gallery, features a special selection of iconic images from legendary photographers Chris Stein, Allan Tannenbaum, Ebet Roberts, Neal Preston, Richard Alden Peterson, and Bobby Grossman. This rare and historic visual tribute captures DEVO through a series of intimate photoshoots that reveal the band’s striking visual identity, radical aesthetics, and genre-defying spirit.

 

Organized in direct collaboration with DEVO, this exhibition accompanies the band on their current tour. At its core are five official touring images, selected to travel with the band and presented in the exhibition—alongside never before exhibited works by Stein and Grossman.

 

Each of the five official touring prints will be available for purchase in extremely limited numbers and will be hand-signed by all members of DEVO and the respective photographer. These signed pieces are true collector’s items—one-of-a-kind works that fuse music history with fine art, and will never be offered in this form again. This is more than an exhibition—it’s a rare glimpse into the visual legacy of DEVO.
