Project III

Project III (People’s Performance Project) - a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to redefining the future of performing arts - is thrilled to return for its second evening at Ki Smith Gallery for Project Pop Up, an evening of Works in Process. On Friday, July 12, 2024, six Project III Artists will present their ongoing Projects across three categories of our programming: immersive evenings, independent artist investigations, and movement-based films. However, there’s a twist: the audience will witness only three out of the six ongoing Projects.

Doors will open at 7:30 PM EST where guests are welcome to dance to beats by Esthaus b2b Koral, sip on complimentary beverages donated by DIO and Wynk, and taste the flavors of bites provided by Nomads NYC.

At 8:30 PM EST, the Project presentations kick off. Audiences are randomized into two groups, and will divide between the top and bottom floors of the gallery to interact with a presentation from an artist in each category. In between presentations and trading floors, audiences will have a chance to mingle and share their unique experiences with their friends from the opposite floor. At the end of the evening, audiences will have the chance to subscribe to their favorite Projects of the evening, where they will be added to a list of exclusive studio viewings, first ticket releases, and more behind-the-scenes content as the Project develops.
