Empath: The Experience

If you haven't seen it yet, this is a rare opportunity. David has not performed his readings live in front of audiences since last year. We don't know when he will again.

About the event

About this event

Here's what you can expect. David Sauvage, aka "the Empath," invites members from the audience onto the stage. He closes his eyes, takes their hand and allows their emotions into his body. Then he expresses what he feels they're feeling. It's alive, in the moment, raw and honest. And it's often amazingly accurate. Feel, learn and, possibly, have your mind blown.

David will also take whatever questions you have about what he does.

Note: Unlike some previous performances, this is not a play with David's whole story. Rather, this is a series of readings with Q&A in between. It is David's unique brand of performance art.

Doors open at 6:30pm. The show starts at 7:00 sharp. And we won't be able to let people in after that.

This performance is the first time David has done readings in public since December.

In 2018, David did a one-man theatrical show, "Empath," in NYC. The show followed David’s unusual path through depression, healing generational trauma, and discovering his empathic abilities. It culminated in live readings with audience members. The show was enthusiastically received by audiences and critics alike.

David is now exploring how to turn his performance into a web series or TV show.

You can learn more about David on his website. And you can read about the show from 2018 here. He has started a non-profit, Culture of Healing, to create media that heals.

After the show, hang out and have a drink.
