Three songwriters - Anson Jones, Alejandra Sofia, and Oren Levin - come together to create an intimate night of soundscape and storytelling at Ki Smith Gallery in the Lower East Side on November 9th. Join us to hear our favorite songs and to hear brand new, unreleased music for the very first time. ~

Described by Downbeat Magazine as “all the right tones of jazz, R&B, and singer-songwriter”, Anson Jones stands out with sensitive songwriting and a captivating voice. Her music is soulful and delicate, often layering folk-inspired melodies with intricate harmonies.
Anson’s music has its roots in her study of composition – her thesis for Princeton University, “City Veins”, won the Louis Sudler Prize in the Arts and the Isodore as well as the Helen Sacks Memorial Prize in Music. After graduating, Anson spent a year in Paris on a Fulbright Scholarship and Harriet Hale-Wooley Award…
